Positive: Super emplacement, logement bien équipé, l'essentiel est là + la clim. Le balcon très appréciable.
Negative: Résidence et rue très bruyante, boules Quies à prévoir.
Très compliqué pour se garer, tous les parkings sont payant en saison.
